*Position Overview*
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our HVAC systems, steam boilers, and related products. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote HVAC systems and steam boilers.
* Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and sales team.
* Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
* Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
* Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify new sales opportunities.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, steam boilers, and hydronic systems.
* Familiarity with pumps, expansion tanks, and chemical pot feeders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand technical specifications and provide solutions.
* Sales experience in the HVAC or manufacturing industry is a plus.

We offer a base of $100-$140k (DOE) + Commission $180-$200k OTE
