This includes interviewer training, assessment operations and interview scheduling and candidate experience.10+ years coaching and developing recruiting operations teams Strategic thinker with data analysis and experience partnering with recruiting and business leadership teams on recruiting strategy and hiring initiatives Experience executing projects/process across an organization delivering results that move the team forward outside of your own pipeline Knowledge of Recruiting processes, with significant emphasis on mid-funnel operations Proven experience leading with data and develop insights to influencing process strategy Proficient excel and data analysis skills Experience working with Recruiting Leadership and Business Leaders Experience with SQL
