Job Posting Summary The School of Business at Mercy University invites applicants for adjunct faculty positions to teach undergraduate Business Administration, Organizational Leadership (EDGE), and graduate-level business classes to begin September 2024. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a commitment to student-centered teaching and support the academic success of students from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: * Demonstrated experience successfully teaching business or business-related courses at the university-level. * A minimum of five years related practical experience required. * Ability to teach at the undergraduate and/or graduate level required. * Commitment to teaching with inclusive excellence. Education Requirements: * Bachelor's and Master's degrees from an accredited institution required. At least one of these degrees must be in an appropriate academic discipline related to business. Compensation offered will be commensurate with the educational background and work experience of the individual. Mercy University promotes a community campus environment. As a result, employment is limited to the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Applicants outside of those states or the USA will be required to relocate.
