Center-based services with a consistent schedule * Competitive pay rates; health/dental/vision benefits for employees working 32+ hours/week; 401(k) with company match; Holiday pay and Paid Time Off * Option to get paid within 24 hours after your shift with Dayforce Wallet * Rewarding, high impact work with some of the best co-workers you can find * With Autism Spectrum Disorders being increasingly recognized and diagnosed, these jobs offer career development and advancement opportunities within our nation-wide organization Qualifications and Education Requirements: Applicants must meet ONE (either Level I or Level II) of the following qualifications for education and/or experience: Level 1: (must meet one of the criteria below; pay range of $20-$21 an hour) * Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a mental health discipline or hold a master's degree in a mental health field * Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields and have 6,000 hours of clinical experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services OR Level 2:(must meet one of the criteria below; pay range of $18-$19 an hour) * Enrolled in OR hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields (mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy) * Hold an associate's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields (mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy) and at least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience (including but not limited to experience as a DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional) * Possess a high school diploma (or GED) and have 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience (equivalent to 2 years of full-time experience, including but not limited to experience as a DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional) * Fluent in a non-English speaking language or certified by a tribal nation Children with Autism have a variety of developmental, learning, physical and emotional needs.
