Position Summary We are seeking user interface designers. Experience working within financial services is a plus, but not required. Pow designers will work in squads, often directly supporting our clients as extensions of their own teams. Designers will need to collaborate with engineers, researchers, business analysts, and product managers along with other designers to spearhead or support the creation of impactful UI designs. The ability to positively receive constructive feedback is a requirement.
Primary Responsibilities Create production-ready, high quality UI designs that respond to requirements documentation, user research and/or business goals while working in concert with other designers on the team as well as stakeholders from business and technology teams
Apply brand guidelines, typography, iconography, photography, color and other visual aspects to design solutions
Create site maps, user flows, wireframes and prototypes as needed
Provide quality assurance of deliverables
Present ideas to the client on the team’s behalf
Participate in frequent team meetings
Keep abreast of the latest software tools
Help to sustain and build client relationships
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in design, or a related discipline AND/OR a portfolio of relevant work samples demonstrating an equivalent skill level
Competency with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite applications
Demonstrated passion for User Interface Design and a genuine desire to make the world a better place, through one digital experience at a time.
