Job Title: Firmware Engineer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Firmware Engineer to join our team on a short-term basis to assist with sustaining work. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to impactful projects in the water quality industry. If you demonstrate strong performance, there is a strong likelihood of contract extension to work on new product development. Responsibilities * Validate, write, and review firmware code. * Identify and fix problems in the controller's code. * Create and maintain documentation for long-term sustainability. Essential Skills * Experience working with low level, bare metal, embedded firmware. * Proficiency in C++, with openness to older versions. * Experience with RTOS, Linux, and Embedded Linux. * Experience with microcontroller programming. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Strong documentation skills. * Ability to sustain and maintain existing products. * Experience with firmware validation and troubleshooting. Work Environment This position will follow a hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of going into the office a couple of times per week. Our large facility in Loveland includes manufacturing capabilities. You will be joining a supportive team environment with aggressive plans for growth.
