Urgent Production Engineering Opening Job Description: Are you a seasoned engineer with a passion for innovation and excellence? MUST HAVES: * 7+ years of direct engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. * Bachelor's degree in engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering Management preferred. * Experience working with consumer packaging goods (CPG). * Proven track record of improving production equipment (reducing waste and improving uptime). * Strong root cause problem-solving skills. * Pharma experience is a plus. Qualifications: * Deep understanding of engineering fundamentals related to equipment operation, utilizing standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. * Ability to conduct sound economic analyses with prudent financial judgment. * Initiative to identify and pursue projects aligned with broad goals. * Proven ability to meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment. * Experience with quality systems in a GMP-regulated environment is strongly preferred. * Hands-on knowledge of production operations and associated control systems is preferred.
