n this role, you'll work on the Group Benefits Employer Product Marketing team, which is responsible for unlocking customer and marketplace data and insights, translating these insights into meaningful, customer-centric value propositions and content. The team provides strategic guidance across our entire Group Benefits product portfolio, including Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, Pet, Accident & Health, Identity & Fraud Protection, HSA, Financial Wellness and Legal Plans.
You'll work firsthand with each of the Product Marketing leads as well as several business partners on an array of content management initiatives, focused on furnishing sales leaders and their teams with the necessary tools for customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with product marketing leads to manage content inventory, review and optimize the B2B creative assets & messaging that supports the Group Benefits marketing objectives
* Coordinate marketing legal submissions and review; maintain asset inventories and legal numbers; oversee all footnotes/disclaimers to ensure compliance; ensure latest collateral is posted on sales enablement platform
* Manage required state filings for B2B Group Benefits product marketing collateral
* Partner with product and marketing lead(s) and other stakeholders to develop or update content for key marketing assets (sales presentations, flyers, videos, etc)
* Support Product Marketing leads with key projects related to content development and optimization, event coordination, etc.
* Coordinate deliverables with team members to ensure timely execution and distribution
* Partner closely with agency partners to update the design and content, provide deadlines to ensure all marketing materials are in the appropriate design framework
* Maintain Product Marketing team calendar outlining timing / seasonality of key deliverables throughout the calendar year
* Document new and existing processes to create sustainable SOPs for the future
* Maintain budget including ongoing tracking and reporting to Product Marketing leadership
* Identify opportunities across Product Marketing team to drive efficiency and optimize processes
* Perform other related duties as assigned or required
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
* Strong attention to detail with solid project management skills, proactive coordination of in-process projects and future needs
* Understanding of marketing strategy and communications, including agency management
* Self-starter with ability to make and contribute to recommendations, prioritize, manage and track multiple projects
* Robust experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and adaptability to learn new software as needed
* Service mindset, with a proven track record of collaboration
* Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
* 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing and/or project management role
* Bachelor's Degree
Preferred:
* Agency experience/exposure is preferred

The salary range for applicants for this position is 71600 to 95500.
