You will make an impact by: * Identify aortic, mitral and pulmonic HCP consultants to meet US THV proctoring requests * Administration for all logistics related to proctor and training requests (air, hotel, car service, imaging, etc.) * Collaborates with key stakeholders within all business functions to align HCPE engagements and technology solutions with business strategies for flawless timely invoice payments * Support and maintain the current state workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient processes * Assist with the administration and optimization of HCPE, monitoring and addressing any errors, escalating to HCPE product owner, Sr. Manager Business Solutions and/or functional directors What you will need (Required): * Bachelor's degree * A minimum of 1 year related experience * Ability to travel up to 10% What else we look for (Preferred): * Experience interacting with HCPs (interventional cardiologists, surgeons, physician support staff) * Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools * Knowledge of FDA regulations for life sciences, medical devices, and pharmaceutical companies Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $56,000 to $80,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
