This Senior Account Executive position, under the direction of the Head of Strategy & Partnerships, will drive sales and oversee the continued expansion and development of Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Managed Care product suite. BHS is the Behavioral Health division of TELUS Health, with national presence and over 30 years of trusted relationships in the US market. The responsibilities of this role include participation in initial prospect identification, sales, public relations with current clients, targeted RFP proposals, new client solicitations and leveraging broker arrangements.
Under the direction of TELUS Health sales leadership and in cooperation with all other divisions as deemed appropriate:
* Directly contribute to the growth of the TELUS Health/BHS managed care product line and other TELUS Health EAP and mental health services.
* Develop, expand and maintain BHS client list, to include new client identification, solicitation, and negotiation. Adhere to established product descriptions, fee schedules, and client size specifications. Coordinate fee negotiations with TELUS Health leadership.
* Develop and implement sales strategy to meet established sales objectives. Maintain current and accurate prospect lists with strategic and targeted approach to the market. Follow established marketing guidelines and make recommendations as needed to accommodate market needs.
* Conduct TELUS Health/BHS presentations, to include individual and group meetings, as appropriate. Assist in the development of benefit plan analyses/cost and utilization analyses. Develop client proposals and RFPs as appropriate.
* Assist in QA monitoring of associated product lines, client services and client satisfaction. Coordinate with Clinical Services/Provider Relations divisions in problem-solving, etc.
* Serve as liaison with prospects and your established clients on a regular basis, in coordination with Customer Success and leadership. Ensure that problems are resolved proactively through your executive stewardship.
* Generate endorsements of strategic partners, i.e. brokers, employer coalitions, business associations, professional associations, and obtain business growth through these endorsements.
* Participate in special projects, maintain information on competitors in field, national statistics and relevant changes in field. Make recommendations on product line/fee changes or improvements. Prepare regular marketing reports and updates as directed.
* Perform other related duties as directed or deemed appropriate. Maintain membership in appropriate related area organizations. Attend meetings as requested in-person.
