How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The DPS Delta Client Coordinator role provides subject matter expertise and support to the DPS team assigned to Delta Air Lines. The incumbent should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 Air Carrier Operations and the ability to manipulate and analyze data. This client support position will report to the DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS * Provide operational support to DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations * Serve as subject matter expert on DPS policies and procedures and provide support to instructors and Flight Operations Support personnel assigned to Delta Air Lines * Manipulate and analyze data * Create reports for DPS and Delta client leadership * Track individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leaders * Partner with DPS Operations and Administrative teams to complete project tasks as assigned * Review standard procedures and provide feedback * Specific duties as assigned by DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep Climbing Our culture is rooted in a shared dedication to living our values - Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork - every day, in everything we do.
