Description Position at JBS USA 2ND SHIFT CRYOVAC MAINTENANCE TECH SCHEDULE: * 2nd shift, weekends as needed or required * Flexible as needed or required DUTIES: * Manage all CRYOVACs, PM's, Maintenance and Operation * Stimulate maximize safety, efficiency, quality and productivity of maintenance employees * Ensure proper training of employees * Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production * Work closely with other maintenance and production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the department * Attend meetings as scheduled and called * Perform other duties as needed or assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have overall knowledge of the Maintenance Operation and the industry * Knowledge and technical skills in a variety of maintenance jobs * Must be people oriented, be able to understand employee's needs, and be able to teach new skills to employees * Understand and comply with Company policy and procedures * Good verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational, math and statistical skills * Good work history and attendance * Team Player with leadership skills * Technical training and certifications preferred but not required * Resume required
