Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations Support
* Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
* Ensure all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
Process Improvement
* Support the implementation of new tools or workflows to improve efficiency.
Candidate Experience
* Communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
* Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
General Administrative Support
* Manage recruitment-related correspondence, including job postings and candidate inquiries.
* Provide support for onboarding activities and new hire orientations.
Qualifications
* Education:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Skills:
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Preferred Experience:
* Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems (a plus but not required).
* Interest in talent acquisition or human resources.
