Examinations: Appraisal (100%): Will be conducted for the purpose of evaluating the applicant's training, education, experience, interest and personal fitness for the position. OR Sixty (60) semester or ninety (90) quarter units from an accredited college or university AND five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience performing installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of PBX and data network problems in a large enterprise PBX and data network environment. OR Eight (8) years of increasingly responsible experience performing installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of PBX and data network problems in a large enterprise PBX and data network environment. OR Two (2) years as a Telecommunication PBX Support Technician II in the Kern County classification system. Qualifying experience must have been within the last eight (8) years.
