Utilizes tools to seamlessly screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive. * Supplies Owners and guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. * Ensures proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby as directed and maximizes interactions during peak arrival periods. * Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally. * Assists with any additional strategies to drive Marketing efforts and Site Volume. * Takes inventories and ensures all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral. Guest Experience and Company Standards: * Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. * Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. * Contribute to team goals. * Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Lobby Ambassador: * Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. * Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. * Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. * Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
