Job Details



We are immediately hiring for multiple Sales Engineers/Territory Sales Representatives. We are looking for candidates in the Northeast area such as Pennsylvania, and the Southeast such as Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA.

In this role, you will be accountable for sales of the division's Force Measurements product portfolio that consists of tension systems for pulp and paper industry, rolling mill force sensors, industrial weighing systems for melt shops, mining and miscellaneous industrial applications, driving sales volumes and margins. You will be using your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager, Force Measurement

Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and increase sales of Force Measurement(FM) in assigned territories
Collaborate with engineering team to develop customized solutions for FM products
Travel 50-70% in assigned territory for customer visits and presentations
Collaborating with other departments to prepare bids, gather technical specifications and financial accuracy
Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
Understanding the customers’ needs and solutions to determine effective solutions
Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities

Requirements for this position includes:
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in Electrical, Mechanical or job experience equivalent
2 plus years of experience in sales, sales support, maintenance or operations
Knowledge or understanding of mechanical and electrical industrial equipment. A plus would be automation or process control understanding in either the Paper or Metals market
The proven ability to develop and manage customer accounts
A team focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US
