Position : Jr. Digital/UX Designer
Employment Type:
Contract, ~20-30 hours/week Location : Remote Pay Rate:

Our client, a creative, strategy and technology agency, is looking to bring on two Digital-focused Designers to support execution of builds for a large QSR client program.
About the Role These roles will focus on executing large-scale digital experiences, ensuring high-quality design craftsmanship, and working within an established design system. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, systematic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Digital Asset Creation: Build out pages and digital experiences based on established wireframes provided by the development team. • Design Execution: Implement and refine hundreds of screens after the initial look and feel have been established. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors, ACDs, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines. • File Hygiene & Organization: Maintain meticulous file structure, naming conventions, and version control for seamless collaboration. • Quality Assurance: Ensure pixel-perfect execution of deliverables, meeting high standards for accessibility, responsiveness, and usability. • Adaptive & Accessible Design: Apply best practices for accessibility, including contrast, typography, and adaptive layouts.
Requirements *Software Proficiency:
• Figma (Must-have) • Adobe Creative Suite (Must have) • Zeplin (for asset delivery) • Sketch (Nice-to-have)
*Experience with Digital Campaigns:
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and structured digital layouts. • Familiarity with promotional and gamified digital experiences (e.g., sweepstakes, loyalty programs, e-commerce). • Previous work on QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) campaigns or large-scale digital executions is a plus.
*Meticulous Attention to Detail:
• Ability to follow design specifications to ensure consistency across hundreds of assets. • Strong craftsmanship over conceptual creativity-execution is key in this role.
*Bonus Skills:
• Understanding of motion graphics and animations. • Experience working with front-end and backend development teams
