Minimum Qualifications: ● Completed a Ph.D. in Engineering (human factors engineering, data analytics, or manufacturing) or any area in industrial and systems engineering or closely related fields by the appointment date. ● Competency in research techniques. ● Effective oral and written communication skills for grant writing and manuscript publication. Special Instructions to Applicants: Other requirements: (1) a 1-page letter of intent (2) a 1-page statement of commitment to engineering education and vision. (3) a 2-page statement of research vision for broadening participation in engineering. This should include details on the design and implementation of research protocols with a timeline and the framework for broadening the participation of undergraduate and graduate students in engineering.
