Responsibilities The Senior Recruiter will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the Horizon Health organization. * Identifies candidates via social media, telemarketing, internet, cold calling, etc. * Screens applications and selects qualified candidates; follow up with candidates, providing feedback on their status. * Performs as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers during the hiring process. * Schedules interviews: oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. * Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree highly preferred * Minimum three years of recruiting experience * Minimum one year experience in a senior recruiting role * Above average experience with MS Office Products * Clinical or mental healthcare experience highly preferred * Proven track record of results * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems * Excellent Organization and Interpersonal Skills * Ability to develop and execute recruitment plans
