What you will do: The Senior Model Maker will work on the Engineering Lab team that is part of the Unitary Products Group (UPG) for Johnson Controls. In this division we design, test, manufacture and assemble heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment for the light commercial and residential markets. This is an opportunity to work in our brand new, state-of-the-art laboratory! How you will do it: * Build prototype test units per engineering specifications. * Fabricate custom parts for test units and testing facility. * Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. * Train and mentor newer technicians.
