The Ramona is looking for a talented and energetic Part-time Bartender to join our winning team! In this role, you'll be the star behind the bar, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. * Serving up delicious cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to both casino guests and our cocktail servers. * Keeping the party safe by following all alcohol safety protocols, including ID checks and responsible service. * Providing exceptional customer service with a smile, ensuring every guest feels like a high roller. * Maintaining the quality of our drinks by following standardized recipes. * Handling financial transactions and guest payments with accuracy and efficiency. * Restocking supplies to keep the bar running smoothly for the next shift. * Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including washing and sanitizing glassware and bar equipment. * Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness for your station and shared areas. * We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of bartending experience (casino experience a plus!) * You're 21 years of life or older and ready to thrive! * Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team. * Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights. * This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. * Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift. * Must have ability to acquire a Food Handler's Card from the Cherokee Nation as well as having passed all Alcohol Awareness training provided by CNE. * Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. * Ability to obtain a state issued alcoholic beverage license.
