Our solutions are built from the ground up to support critical and user objectives. We are seeking an Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to support our accounting department with day-to-day tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for new college graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are looking to kick-start their accounting careers. You will work closely with our experienced accounting team to gain hands-on experience and insight into invoicing, past-due accounts, financial reporting, and other accounting and administrative functions. Essential duties and Responsibilities: * Processing invoices, receipts and payments. * Support accounts receivable process. * Following up on outstanding and past due receivables. * Track Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for invoicing, refund, replacement or credit. * Collaborate with various departments to improve workflows and processes. * Keep procedures current. * Help identify solutions for recurring issues. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. * Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data accurately. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) is a plus but not required. * Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
