Salary: $87,000 - $109,000 Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field, ASQ certification, or extensive verifiable experience in lieu of a degree * 8+ years of progressive experience in aerospace quality and manufacturing * In-depth knowledge of FAA Repair Station regulations and government contract requirements * Experience with Six Sigma tools and methodology (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred) * Proficient in problem-solving techniques: 5-Whys, FMEA, 8-D, Pareto, fault tree analysis, and Ishikawa diagrams * Familiarity with Aerospace Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110, FAR 21, FAR 145, Nadcap) * Expertise in blueprint reading, GD&T, and various manufacturing processes (machining, anodizing, NDT, etc.) * Ability to review failure analysis reports and perform dimensional tolerance stack-up analysis * Strong skills in business/technical writing, presentations, project management, and troubleshooting * Experience with inspection metrology and automated measuring equipment * Knowledge of industrialization processes such as PPAP, PVI (DVI), and FAI per AS9102 * Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and other software applications Employee Benefits: Our client values its diverse team and offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program designed to support both your professional and personal well-being.
