Meet your team: The Board Office is a small team supporting an Executive Board Member in their day-to-day business as well as in long-term projects. The team consists of personal assistants, business assistants, customer office and the strategic projects team. What you`ll do: The Role: * Partner with the Senior Executive Personal Assistant, who is the main assistant and first point of contact for scheduling * Assist in thoughtful managing of the calendar / scheduling and coordinating meetings for the Board Member including all logistical preparations (e.g., booking of sufficient meeting rooms) with foresight * Coordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow up activities like the timely claiming of all travel expenses * Provide administrative support for all local in-person activities hosted by the Board Member such as workshops, customer roundtables, etc. * Monitor actions and manage reminders independently * Manage internal and external correspondence with high profession * Perform and monitor purchase activities (e.g., office material, 3rd Party purchasing), including creation of shopping carts, reporting, and tracking on purchase orders, claiming of any related expenses What you bring: * 1 year of experience in a similar role * Ability to be in-office for in-person support 5 days a week * Excellent organizational skills and creativity in solving problems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with direct feedback * High level of flexibility, proactive, independent working attitude, and excellent team player * High impact interpersonal, networking and communication skills, comfortable to work on all hierarchy levels of the organization, act self-confidently with top management executives * Ability to multi-task and deliver highest quality work under time constraints and in complex environment with little supervision * Highest level of integrity and confidentiality * Excellent knowledge in MS office applications * Experience using Concur Travel and Expense is preferred Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively. Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 40,800 - 87,200 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
