We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team!

The Senior Marketing Coordinator supports the brand by coordinating, designing, and producing a wide range of marketing materials, including signage, brochures, presentations, social media assets, advertisements, and other promotional content. This role collaborates directly with the Marketing Director, marketing team, and proposal team members to manage deadlines and ensure high standards of quality and consistency that reflect EAPC's mission of excellence in design.
Responsibilities Include:
* Partner with the Graphic Designer to produce a variety of branded materials such as signage, digital and print ads, brochures, leave-behind assets for client meetings, and other graphics aligned with EAPC's brand.
* Collaborate with the team to create graphics for EAPC's social media platforms, ensuring consistency across channels and engaging representation of EAPC's services.
* Update and maintain content on the company website and intranet in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Act as liaison with website programmers and support the marketing assistant in managing the CMS (HubSpot).
* Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing via Constant Contact.
* Create and manage digital banner ads, tracking campaign metrics and performance to optimize reach and engagement.
* Analyze and report campaign statistics to the Marketing Director, contributing insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategy.
* Research, organize, design, and produce proposals and competitive materials for targeted opportunities.
* Participate in weekly marketing meetings to update the team on proposal and project status, sharing feedback and supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives.
* Provide design support for client presentations, creating visually compelling content that strengthens EAPC's positioning in project interviews.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
* 5+ years of marketing experience, with proven ability to handle complex projects with minimal oversight.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Familiarity with Constant Contact, HubSpot, and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) preferred.
* Creative thinker with a high attention to detail and a passion for compelling design.
* Strong communicator and collaborator, capable of contributing effectively within a high-functioning, deadline-driven team.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, following through on both proposals and ongoing marketing assignments.
* Must possess a valid driver's license
* Must be eligible to work in the US without a visa sponsor
The position will report directly to the Marketing Director and will work as an integrated member of a multi-discipline, in-house team of engineers, architects, and drafting technicians.
Compensation is based on the applicant's skills, education, and other qualifications.
