Category Scenic and Paint Description Job Summary: ID3 is seeking a highly skilled Scenic Artist- Sculptor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating highly detailed and custom artwork, with additional expertise in sculpting, scenic builds, and mold making. This role requires an individual who can bring artistic visions to life through their technical skills and creativity. Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Location Head Quarters Position Requirements Key Responsibilities: * Artistic Creation: Develop and execute highly detailed and custom artwork for scenic installations. * Sculpting: Create three-dimensional sculptures and elements as per project specifications. * Scenic Builds: Collaborate with the scenic build team to design and construct scenic elements. * Mold Making: Utilize mold-making techniques to produce high-quality molds for various artistic applications. * Collaboration: Work closely with other artists, designers, and project managers to ensure the artistic vision is realized. * Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all artistic creations. * Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any artistic challenges that arise during the project Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in scenic art, sculpting, and mold making. * Skills: Proficiency in various artistic techniques, including painting, sculpting, and mold making. * Creativity: Strong creative vision and the ability to bring unique artistic ideas to life. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with materials and tools used in scenic builds and mold making. * Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues. * Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Physical Demands: * Manual Dexterity: Ability to use hands to manipulate materials and tools with precision. * Physical Stamina: Capability to stand, bend, and lift materials for extended periods. * Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Work Environment: * Collaborative Setting: Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with other artists and team members. * Creative Atmosphere: Engage in a creative and innovative atmosphere that encourages artistic expression. Travel Requirements Travel may be required for onsite installation
