Everlight Solar is seeking an Event Planner and Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks including assisting in the planning and execution of company-wide events and administrative tasks for our executive team, amongst other expectations. This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry level position. Travel required. Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.). Responsibilities: * Booking venues and negotiating deals * Working with vendors, venues, and service providers to arrange suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment * Coordinating the event: Managing setup, teardown, and cleanup, and anticipating potential problems * Administrative tasks including emails and calendar management Qualifications: * Must be 21+ years old * High school graduate (3.0+ GPA) * Experience in administrative tasks preferred * Excellent organizational skills * Have a confident, positive personality * Practice strong communication skills * Must be a self-starter * Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
