Job Description:
The Recreation Service Associate is a student employee responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience & implementing operational details surrounding access control, member services, equipment lending, program registration, and upholding general usage policies for Campus Recreation facilities.
* Show initiative and provide excellent customer service to all patrons and visitors.
* Monitor and supervise the access and safe use of recreation facilities.
* Provide accurate information & enter payments for recreation programs, services, and guest access.
* Perform or report operational needs including equipment lending, facility checks, and maintenance needs.
* Comply with Departmental and University policies.
* Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
* Provide excellent customer service to clients
* Ability to prioritize and take initiative
* Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
* Ability to comply with University policies
* Maintain regular and punctual attendance
