In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, scheduling, and budgeting. This role encompasses both daily operations and long-term strategies. Responsibilities: * Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Develop and manage short- and long-term equipment planning, scheduling, and budgeting to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. * Oversee the purchase, sale, maintenance, and utilization of the equipment fleet to ensure reliability, longevity, and cost efficiency. * Understand parts and service manuals to facilitate accurate diagnostics and timely repairs. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and team performance. * Train, mentor, and develop entry-level maintenance staff to strengthen the team's capabilities. * Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization, including field crews, project management, and leadership teams. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Construction Management,Automotive Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology. * 5+ years of experience in equipment management or a related field. * Proficiency with Spectrum and HCSS software. * Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain exceptional attention to detail. * Knowledge of cranes, barges, and marine construction equipment is a plus. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Willingness to travel and relocate as required. * Follow all safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. * Be flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules, including overtime and weekends as required. * Ability to work in diverse locations and varying environmental conditions.
