Adecco is working with a company in North Andover, MA to bring on a 1st shift Machine Operator!

We are seeking a Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in North Andover, MA. This role involves setting up and operating equipment to convert large rolls of paperboard into sheets, as well as coating and laminating rolls of paperboard with film, foil, or other materials. The goal is to produce high-quality products while maintaining optimal machine speed and efficiency.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Pay: $20-$25 depending on experience
• Location: North Andover, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up heavy machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ensure product meets quality standards while maintaining efficient production speeds
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications:

• Experience working with heavy machinery, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Printing machine experience is a big plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Experience in sheeting, coating, laminating, or a similar industry is a plus
• Must live within 25 miles of North Andover, MA

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
