Position * Promote Safety as the number one priority of all Lucas Milhaupt employees. * Assist with developing and implementing world-class processes and procedures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. * Support Lucas team members in their daily standard work and improvement projects as needed. * Collect and analyze data. * Participate in lean initiatives including 5S, SMED projects and kaizens. * Support productivity improvement projects in the plant and other waste reduction initiatives. * Perform other tasks as assigned.
