Catering Manager Job Description
Overview
The Catering Manager carries out the planning and supervision of catered events. Their role is consulting with customers to determine their catering requirements, supervising catering staff, and coordinating the preparation and serving of food during events. Their responsibilities are determining customer requirements and proposing catering options, preparing particular catering order forms, planning menus, overseeing venue and service preparations, supervising catering staff, overseeing seating arrangements, monitoring the availability of catering regulations, and promoting competitive catering services.
