Chemical Technician Job Description
Overview
The Chemical Technician helps chemists and engineers with chemical processing and testing. Their role is conducting experiments, testing compounds, and analyzing substances and data. Their responsibilities are understanding and following instructions, selecting and setting up the required lab equipment for tests, experiments and analysis, conducting lab tests for qualitative and quantitative analysis, assisting with the preparation of chemical solutions, keeping the laboratory neat and clean, inspecting materials and equipment regularly, training and monitoring other workers, interpreting test results and compiling technical reports, keeping up to date with field advancements, sharing new ...
