Their role is helping the chripractor in daily tasks, assisting patients, and greeting and welcoming patients. Their responsibilities are answering phone calls, responding to e-mails, collecting and recording patients' personal and medical information, verifying payment methods, tracking and ordering inventory, preparing treatment rooms before appointments, administering screening assessments, cleaning the chiropractic office, and assisting the chiropractor in running a chiropractic clinic.
