Front Desk Staff Job Description
Overview
Front Desk Staff are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests of an organization. They greet customers, answer questions, provide information about the company and its services, handle complaints, manage reservations or bookings, and provide other administrative support as needed. Front Desk Staff may also be responsible for taking payments from customers, balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts, and maintaining accurate records.
