A General Manager is tasked with supervising regular business projects and developing the overall business functions. Their role is training heads of departments, managing resources, developing strategic programs, creating policies, and communicating business goals. Their responsibilities are overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing growth strategies, training low-level managers and staff, creating and managing budgets, improving revenue, hiring employees, evaluating performance and productivity, examining accounting and economic data, researching and identifying growth opportunities, generating reports, and giving presentations.
