A Human Resources Business Partner develops HR strategies, policies and practices in order to improve and monitor employee productivity, structuring compensation and benefits packages. Their role is enhancing workforce retention, and predicting staffing needs. Their responsibilities are reporting on HR metrics, streamlining HR roles, managing termination processes and risk, ensuring staff wellness, improving relations between staff and employers, managing and allocating HR funds, overseeing recruitment efforts, and engaging with heads of department.
