Independent Consultant Job Description
Overview
The Independent Consultant solves problems, improves operations, and develops strategies. Their role is conducting research by interviewing staff members, shareholders, and managers, examining policies, financial statements, budgets and other documents, and identifying the weaknesses and strengths of the organization. Their responsibilities are writing up reports, collaborating with managers and shareholders to develop improvement strategies, discussing client requirements, and negotiating contract terms.
