Recruiting consultants help employers to find and recruit employees to fill the vacant positions in the company, and also assist individuals to find the appropriate employer based on their skillset. A recruiting consultant is responsible for finding clients (both employers and candidates), understand client requirements, evaluate resumes and applications, take pre-interview screening, match the requirement and skills to find suitable candidates, communicate with hiring managers, use multi-channel to find the right candidate, and schedule interviews.
