Scout Job Description
Overview
The Scout works with sports teams to identify and acquire potential new talent. Their role is to attend games and speak with coaches to find promising players. Their responsibilities are to review game footage, learn player statistics, meet with players to debate incentives, and maintain a network with agents, clients and coaches who can introduce them to new talent.
