Solutions Specialist Job Description
Overview
The Solutions Specialist ensures that products and services delivered to the client are on time, as well as within scope and budget. Their role is to develop an understanding of the client’s business desires and goals in order to facilitate a plan to achieve them. Their responsibilities are to pursue new opportunities for account growth, nurture consumer relationships in an attempt to realize repeat business, and address any questions or issues related to product information, sales methods, and communication.
