Business Operations Job Description
Overview
A business operations job role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a company or organization. This may include managing staff, setting goals and objectives, developing policies and procedures, analyzing data and performance metrics, budgeting and forecasting financials, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws, coordinating projects across departments or teams, developing customer service strategies to improve satisfaction ratings. Business operations professionals also provide strategic direction in order to ensure that their organizations are running efficiently while meeting their goals.
