Overview
A chief operating officer, also called a chief operations officer (COO) is responsible for the daily operation of the company and routinely reports to the highest-ranking executive‚ usually the chief executive officer. A chief operating officer is responsible for develop business strategies, oversee operations, analyze internal operations, identify areas of process enhancement, maintain and build a relationship with clients and suppliers, manage expenses and investment, review reports and establish policies to promote company culture and vision.
