The Client Service Representatives uses the phone and the internet to respond to client queries, resolve client concerns, and understand client needs. Their role is providing a postive sales and service experience for either inbound or outbound calls that best represents the organization’s objectives and standards. Their responsibilities are to sell the organization’s products and services, answer requests, provide product information, determine issues, update client information for accuracy, respond to specific client inquiries and concerns, make outbound calls to specified client targets, recommend services or next steps, and complete a sales transaction or ensure issue resolution.
