The Field Supervisor leads and oversees the performance of field workers for a variety of projects. Their role is to coordinate the work of different departments involved in a project. Their responsibilties are liaising with engineering and project management teams, ordering and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project, managing the work schedules and time cards for all field staff, providing leadership to onsite staff, sub-contractors and other parties, investigating and resolving customer complaints, ensuring that safety policy is strictly adhered to, and reviewing the project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
