Psychologist Job Description
Overview
A Psychologist determines, diagnoses, and provides treatment for mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. Their role is to assist patients with problems from personal issues to severe, chronic conditions. Their responsibilities are to provide assessments and recommendations for appropriate treatments, suggest referral services to outside therapists, clinics and treatment facilities, conduct case management and other administrative tasks, and establish effective client relationships to provide optimal client solutions.
