Sales Coordinator Job Description
Overview
Sales coordinators are responsible for coordinating the sales team to find new customers, retain existing customers, and develop innovative and efficient solutions for the betterment of product and service in support of the overall sales team. Primary responsibilities of a sales coordinator include cold calling, making outbound calls to interested customers, following an outlined script for marketing and advertising, facilitating the sales process, providing answers to clients (e.g. information, quotes, terms, and other bid specifications), and participating in sales meetings.
