Section Chief Job Description
Overview
The Section Chief leads a section or team of members. Their role is providing leadership, management and motivation to the section members, supervising activities of the section, and directing the educational and instructional activities of the section. Their responsibilities are overseeing the training programs for members of the team, conducting scheduled meetings, disseminating information to faculty and staff, and reviewing budgets, expenditures and section activities.
