Site Supervisor Job Description
Overview
The Site Supervisor oversees the progress of construction projects, and ensures compliance with construction safety regulations. Their role is to supervise and instruct on the work of construction workers and subcontractors, provide education on site safety practices, and evaluate employee performance. Their responsibilities are handling site accidents by established accident protocol, maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance, examining blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety and budget specifications, and recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
