Systems Engineer Job Description
Overview
System engineers manage and monitor the complete IT services and technical infrastructure of an organisation that include networking, servers, IT security, desktop, installation, configuration, data storage, email, and disaster recovery. They provide technical support for personal computers, internet, server, and networking issues. Systems Engineers ensure all IT services are properly maintained and upgraded, including anti-virus, backups, imaging, and patching and ensure that systems and infrastructure work as needed.
